Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Agentsy ("Agentsy", "we", "us"), the AI agent that plans, drafts, and publishes social media content on your behalf, available at agentsy.sh and over WhatsApp. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use Agentsy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You must run or be authorised to represent the business you connect to Agentsy.

2. Your account and WhatsApp verification

You sign up with a phone number, which we verify through a one-time code sent on WhatsApp. You are responsible for keeping access to that number and for activity that happens through your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access.

3. What the service does

• The agent researches your business and prepares a content plan on a calendar.
• It drafts captions and can generate images for posts.
• Before a post goes out, it messages you on WhatsApp to approve, edit, or skip.
• If you turn on automatic posting, you authorise the agent to publish approved content without a further prompt.

You are always responsible for what is published from your connected accounts, whether you approved it manually or through automatic posting.

4. Connected social accounts

To publish for you, Agentsy connects to supported third-party platforms, currently Instagram. You must follow each platform's own rules, and your use of those platforms stays subject to their terms. We are not responsible for changes a platform makes to its access or policies.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the business information, media, and posts you provide or approve. You grant Agentsy a limited licence to store, process, and publish that content only to run the service for you. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload and approve.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Agentsy to publish content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights, and do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

7. Trial, plans, and payment

Paid plans and any free trial are described at sign-up and on the pricing page. Fees are billed in advance for the period you choose. A no-card trial ends unless you actively choose a paid subscription; it does not charge you automatically.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel any time from settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide pro-rated refunds unless the law requires it. If a payment fails, we may allow a short grace period for open approval work before pausing new content generation. Pausing does not delete your calendar or history.

9. Service availability

We work to keep Agentsy running smoothly but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Generated content may sometimes be inaccurate, so review before you approve.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will let you know, usually on WhatsApp or by email. Continuing to use Agentsy after a change means you accept the update.
