These terms govern your use of Agentsy.sh. By connecting your accounts and using the service, you agree to them. If you are using Agentsy on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

The service

Agentsy is an AI assistant that drafts, schedules, and publishes social media content and communicates with you over WhatsApp. It acts on the accounts and within the limits you configure. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for the content you approve.

Your responsibilities

• Only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
• Follow the terms of the platforms you connect (Instagram, TikTok, Google, WhatsApp).
• Review content before approving it for publication.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Agentsy to post unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, or to spam. We may suspend the service for a business that does.

Availability

We work to keep Agentsy running reliably, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Changes and cancellation

You can stop using Agentsy and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
