Privacy Policy

Agentsy.sh (“Agentsy”, “we”, “us”) operates an AI assistant that helps a small business manage its social media. This policy explains what data we access on your behalf, how we use it, and the choices you have. We only ever access data you explicitly connect, and only to do the work you ask of us.
Who this applies to
This policy covers business owners who connect their accounts to Agentsy and the people they authorise. We do not run a public sign-up that collects data from the general public.
What we access
- Google account & Drive. When you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile (name, email) and access to the specific Drive folders you select — typically one folder we read images and documents from, and one we write organised output to. We do not request access to your whole Drive.
- Instagram & TikTok. When you connect these accounts, we receive the access needed to read performance insights and to publish posts you approve to the accounts you choose.
- WhatsApp. Messages you exchange with the agent through the WhatsApp Business Platform, so it can understand requests and reply.
- Business information you share. Anything you tell the agent about your business in conversation, plus the objectives and settings you configure.
How we use it
- To draft, schedule, and publish social media posts that you approve.
- To read the documents and images in your selected Drive folders so the agent can use them in its work.
- To measure how posts perform and improve future suggestions toward the objective you set.
- To message you on WhatsApp when there is something useful — for example, a draft to approve.
We do not use your data to train general-purpose AI models, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
Google API Services — Limited Use
Agentsy’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google user data to provide and improve the features you connected it for, we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and we do not use it for advertising.
How we store and protect it
- We connect to Instagram, TikTok, and Google using OAuth access tokens. We never ask for or store your passwords.
- Access tokens are encrypted at rest and scoped to the minimum needed for the features you enabled.
- Your data is isolated per business and is not shared between customers.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate Agentsy — for example, cloud hosting and the AI model provider that powers the agent. They process data only to provide their service to us and under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell or rent your data.
Retention and deletion
- We keep your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
- You can disconnect any account at any time, which revokes our access. You can also revoke Google access from your Google account permissions.
- To delete your data entirely, email us at hakim@stretchai.live and we will remove it within 30 days.
Your choices
You decide which accounts and which Drive folders to connect, you approve posts before they go live, and you can pause or stop the agent at any time. You may request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Children
Agentsy is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you on WhatsApp.
