• Connected account data needed to publish, from the social platforms you link.
• Usage information, such as which posts you approve or skip, to improve the plan.

2. How we use it

• To research your business and generate your content plan, captions, and media.
• To message you on WhatsApp for approvals and reminders.
• To publish approved posts to your connected accounts.
• To run, secure, and improve the service.

3. Messaging you on WhatsApp

We use WhatsApp to send approval requests and account messages. Those messages are delivered through WhatsApp and are subject to its own privacy practices. You can ask us to stop non-essential messages at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us run Agentsy, such as hosting, AI generation, and messaging, and with the social platforms you connect so we can publish for you. We do not sell your personal information.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and operational needs. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond within the time the law allows.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Agentsy is for adults running a business and is not intended for anyone under 18.
